James Brown's owned and used light brown hard leather travel case from Towne U.S.A. Brown gifted the travel case to his famed booking and promotional manager Irwin Pate, who is perhaps best known for his work and close friendship with Brown from the late 1960's until the early 1980's. Very good, working condition, with wear from use by Brown. The travel case comes with a letter of provenance from Irwin Pate's widow on "James Brown Productions" letterhead and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
