General William C. Westmoreland, Commander of United States forces during Vietnam who later served as Chief of Staff of the United States Army has signed this 8.5 X 11 matte board on which his 7.5 X 9.25 color photograph is attached. Further identification is printed by hand on the matte, “General W. C. Westmoreland, US Military Assistance Command Vietnam, 1966.” Very good condition. Comes with James Spence Authentication (JSA) and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
