Jim Morrison has signed and inscribed the inside first page of this rare first edition of his book "The New Creatures" in blue ballpoint pen, "To Norman, w/thanks, J. Morrison." Self-published by Morrison in 1969 there were only 100 versions of this first edition made. The slim book, measuring approximately 5.5 x 9 has flexible board covers and gilt lettering on the front, for the title "The New Creatures" and the author "James Doublas Morrison." Excellent condition.
