The great Bo Diddley has signed this performance contract for his performance at the Grant Park Band Show in Chicago on August 16, 1970 in blue ballpoint pen. He played a key role in the transition from the blues to rock and roll. He influenced many artists, including Buddy Holly, Elvis Presley, the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, the Animals, and the Clash. Measures 8.5 x 11. Overall very good condition with a 1 inch tear at the upper left edge. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
