German-American pop and psychedelic artist Peter Max signed this giclee print on canvas in 1977 using a black felt-tip pen. The signature comes with the inscription (For John, love you) and the print is of a woman dressed up and at a show. Max was one of the premiere names of the counterculture and neo-expressionism movement that began in the 1960s and served as a great inspiration to bands such as The Beatles and The Who. Very Good condition. The frame measures 27.25” x 40” and the print itself measures 22.75” x 28.75”. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
