Benjamin Harrison — the 23rd President of the United States — signed this cut along with his Attorney General William H. H. Miller. This cut is one of the oldest pieces in the auction, as Harrison served as President from 1889 to 1893 and also served as a Colonel for the Union in the Civil War. His term came between Grover Cleveland’s two terms as President, and he is remembered for instituting unprecedented economic legislation. Good condition. Measures 7” x 3”.
