A unique collection of eleven predominately crisp $2 dollar bills, each signed by an American astronaut, including: Frank Borman signed twice, inscribed “Apollo 8”, Tony England “Space, our generation’s adventure,” , Gordon Fullerton, Ed Gibson “Freedom and exploration go hand in hand, Skylab IV,” John Glenn, Dick Gordon “To Shuttle the future of space,”, Jim Irwin “Apollo 15 Man’s Flight Thru Life Is Sustained By The Power of His Knowledge,” Jim Lovell “Apollo 8 , 13,” James McDivitt “May The Spirit of St. Louis Continue,” Wally Schirra, and Deke Slayton. Many historic achievements were accomplished by this group of astronauts included among them are the first American to orbit earth, the first mission to fly around the moon and the eight person to walk on the moon. Each bill is also stamped for the first day of issue of US postage. A very significant collection for any collector of space or history. Excellent condition. Comes with a James Spence Authentication (JSA) Certificates of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
