Tom Petty owned and worn tour jacket. The jacket is from the only tour that he accepted sponsorship from. He was given the jacket in 1983 while promoting the album "Long After Dark" and the promoter of the tour gave him the jacket. He gave the jacket to his sister-in-law Beth Petty who subsequently gave the jacket to her cousin Robert Kayler. Very good condition. Comes with letters of provenance from Beth Petty and Robert Kayler as well as a an email letter from Mary Bassel, of Details California Customwear, who is the former Head Designer and Co-Owner of LP Designs, regarding the authenticity of the jacket. Also comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
