Stevie Ray Vaughan handwrote this letter, drew a picture of himself with his iconic SRV Stratocaster, and signed the piece three times, using a black sharpie pen. Vaughan wrote “To the Silvermine in New York with Love & Happiness!” and dated it 1989. This letter hung in the Silvermine Studio in which Vaughan recorded. The SRV Stratocaster that Vaughan drew at the bottom of the letter was his most famous guitar which he played throughout his career. Stevie Ray Vaughan is considered to be one of the greatest guitarists of all time and despite his short career was one of the most influential blues artists ever. The letter is written on a cardboard cutout and framed with a photo of Vaughan playing his SRV Strat. Very Good condition. Measures 8.5 x 10.5 and framed to measure 28.5 x 22. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
