Cartoonist Frank Willard (d. 1958) has signed and inscribed this album page on which he has drawn his most famous cartoon character Moon Mullins from his long-syndicated newspaper comic strip by the same name which ran from 1923 to 1991. Drawn in black fountain pen. 5.25 X 3.25. Very good condition. Comes with a James Spence Authentication (JSA) Letter of Authenticity and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Letter of Authenticity.
