Original Phase 1 Program Patch that was flown aboard the Space Shuttle Atlantis and the Russian Space Station MIR June 27 through July 7, 1995. The patch is affixed to a certificate mounted on cardboard from Donald R. Puddy, Special Assistant U.S./Russian Projects. Measures 4 inches in diameter. Also comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
