Michael Jackson 1984 Victory Tour Owned & Worn Silver Sequin Bill Whitten Jacket.

Offered here is an incredible Silver Sequin Custom-Made Bill Whitten Jacket that was worn and owned by Michael Jackson during the 1984 “Victory Tour”.

Provenance: From a former employee of the Victory Tour. Per the original owner, “How I received the jacket is as follows. In 1984 I worked with Clair Brothers Audio for the Victory Tour from July to December 1984. It was a great experience working with such a talented crew. Working on that specific tour has given me a lifetime of great memories. The silver jacket was worn by Michael during one of our audio checks and rehearsals in Alabama. Michael, the showman he is, always showed up in such clothes ready to perform. Michael had taken off the jacket looking for one of his assistants, but no one was nearby on stage. That’s when Michael handed it to me. At the end of the audio checks I proceeded to give back his jacket when he said I can keep it. When he left the stage I again tried to give it to his manager but he reiterated what Michael told me”.

Michael can be seen wearing identical jackets in various photographs.

The jacket boasts a custom-made “Michael Jackson” tag along with a custom-made “Bill Whitten” tag.

Worn condition.

Authentication: Real Game Used (RGU) Letter of Authenticity, a Letter of Provenance and a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
