Michael Jackson has signed this typed letter on MJJ Productions letterhead, to the California Department of Fish and Game asking permission for the State of California to house his giraffe at the Wildlife Way Station while he is setting up his own facility. Signed in black ink, the letter measures 8.5 x 11. Very good condition. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
