Mick Jagger 1991-1992 Personally Owned & Played Red Fender Stratocaster.

A Fender Stratocaster with a red finish from 1991-1992 that's been personally owned and played by Mick Jagger.

The guitar was played by Jagger during Rolling Stones' "No Security Tour" in 1999 and was gifted by Mick Jagger on June 12, 1999, after the band's concert in London. Jagger gave it to the brother of one of the tour crew members.

The guitar is in good condition.

The three pickups have been changed, which is noted in the letter of provenance.

Accompanied by a Letter of Provenance by the person who received it from Jagger in 1999. The letter in full:

"Yes, the red Fender Stratocaster marked N 1 0 5 8 2 3 5 and M A D E I N U. S. A. belonged to Mick Jagger of The Rolling Stones. Mick used this guitar on the tour called NO SECURITY TOUR in 1999. The tour was with his band The Rolling Stones. I was extremely lucky to get my hands on this guitar in 1999. After the third London show of the tour, I was fortunate to get the guitar directly from Mick backstage. My brother worked with The Rolling Stones during the late 1990’s and partly some years after. I’m a guitarist and have a big collection of vintage guitars. This Stratocaster has been my favourite because I’ve always been a big fan of the Stones. Over the years the pickups have been changed. Other than that I don’t recall if we’ve done any more changes. I’ve been told that Mick rarely gives away guitars so I still feel very privileged. Although Mick isn’t associated with playing guitars, he has always been a good and underestimated guitarist. This guitar is extra special because it’s red, just like the Rolling Stones logo!!"

Also comes with a Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
