All Michael Jackson copyrights and rights of publicity are property of the Estate of Michael Jackson. No intellectual property rights, including copyrights and rights of publicity, in any photograph or recording that includes Michael Jackson in the image or on the recording are being sold, nor may they be purchased through this auction.
