Paul McCartney has made hand drawn sketches and notations to this page that was taken from a City and County Borough of Liverpool Town and Country Planning Act 1947 Development Plan that Paul had used to sketch in, c. 1957. The drawings include a sketch of two fellows near a sound proof box with Paul writing "And now, Mr. Frobischer, for the 64,000 question." and a musician with guitar, under which Paul has written "It's my gimmick", and two smoking gentleman. The reverse side lists new road and road reconstruction projects. 13 x 8 inches. In fine condition, except for the torn off corner. With letter of authenticity from Frank Caiazzo.
