Paul McCartney Original German Army Drawing (Caiazzo)
Offered here is an original black-and-white drawing by Beatles member Paul McCartney of what appears to be a German soldier dressed in uniform. The illustration, mostly a side bust drawing, includes the German word “Achtung” emanating from the soldier’s mouth, which translates to “Attention” or "Watch Out” in English. McCartney drew the illustration on the reverse side of a passenger transport page that dates to the 1950s.
