Shaquille O’Neal Game-Used and Signed Dunk Shoes from the Series-Clinching 2000 NBA Finals Game 6 and Game 1. These specific pair of shoes are from the first of O'Neal's three NBA championship titles with the Lakers and were worn by the big man on June 7, 2000, in Game 1 of the NBA Finals and on June 19, 2000, in Game 6 of the NBA Finals versus the Indiana Pacers. In the first game, O'Neal led all scores with an astonishing 43 points but also had 19 rebounds. The Lakers crushed the Pacers 104-87 to set the pace for the series. In the series-clinching game, O’Neal led all scores with 41 points (19-of-32) and pulled down 12 rebounds. To no one’s surprise, Shaq was named series MVP.

Shaquille O’Neal was one of the most dominant centers in NBA history. A 15-time All-Star, O’Neal won four NBA championships and was named MVP of the NBA Finals on three consecutive occasions (2000 to ‘02). As a 325-pound, 7’ 1” center, he controlled the lane like few before him. This lot offers Shaq’s game-worn and signed Dunk-branded “Chromz” model shoes, the format he adopted in 2000 once his contract with Reebok expired.

No matter how many times you see a pair of Shaq’s size 22 shoes, you can't help but pick your jaw up off the ground. They are huge. These dual-color (white with black accents) high-tops show solid wear from the Game 6 battle, which the Lakers won 116-111. Both shoes still have their worn laces and have been signed by Shaq on the right exterior sides in black fine-point marker. He added his uniform number “34” to both autographs.

Authentication: Real Game Used (RGU) Letter of Authenticity and A Gotta Have Rock and Roll Certificate of Authenticity.

Note: This pair of shoes comes from the personal collection of former NBA player John Salley.
