The Beatles Candlestick Park Concert Poster

A perennial favorite becoming increasingly scarce among both Beatles and psychedelic poster collectors is the Wes Wilson designed masterpiece for The Beatles last-ever concert held at San Francisco's Candlestick Park on August 29, 1966. A classic design from one of the original five Joint Show artists. Border blemishes have been blackened with marker. The 17" x 24" card stock poster exhibits some scuffing to the black border, holes in the corners and a horizontal crease extending through Paul's and George's hair. Additionally, the area extending below the yellow border to the outer edge and through the bottom half of "8PM" has been repainted. Estimate $2,000-$4,000.
