Two separate pages that have been taken from an exercise book on which John Lennon has drawn a face in black ink, the other page features thirteen lines of writing in John Lennon’s hand that reads ‘What am I to do with no job to feed my mother and all the other people who eat my arse. (for they ate his arse when they were hungry). What a larf they ate his arse when they were hungry I wouldn’t anybody’s arse whatever happened’.

The pages measure 21.75cm x 16.6cm (8.6 inches x 6.6 inches).

Some smudging in places to the writing, the condition is very good.
