This is the M.B.E. "Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire" Royal Document that was presented to Beatles drummer Ringo Starr by Queen Elizabeth II, and has been signed by Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip.
Each Beatle received the historic M.B.E. medal and documents.
