The Rolling Stones Ronnie Wood Original Pastel Artwork Titled “Same Night.
Offered here is an incredible Pastel Artwork done by Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood. Accomplished in pastel on a sheet of 13 1/2" x 16 1/4" artist paper, signed in the lower right, "Ronnie Wood, '81."
Ornately cloth-matted and framed to an overall size of 26 3/4" x 29 3/4".
The subject of the artwork is Chris Kimsey, world renowned record producer. Chris Kimsey is closely associated with the Rolling Stones, and is perhaps most famous for having co-produced the Stones' Undercover and Steel Wheels albums. He was also an engineer on their 1971 album Sticky Fingers as well as 1978's Some Girls and 1980's Emotional Rescue. Additionally, he has worked with other acts like Peter Frampton, The Cult, Peter Tosh, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Duran Duran, Yes, and many more.
