This is one of Jimmy Page's iconic violin bow's which he played onstage with The Yardbirds in 1968. In 1968, The Yardbirds were at the point of splitting up. Keith Reif in particular wanted to move onto new pastures. Jimmy Page was playing with them at the time, and wanted to continue with the name "The New Yardbirds" but the original members did not want that. However, they had contractual obligations to do a few more shows. This is where the original owner got the bow, Mike (Mouse) Lasett-O'Brien, a famous roadie who has worked with all of the big stars, including The Yardbirds during their last few shows in 1968. As a parting gift, Mouse asked the band for guitar picks and other items to take home, and he received guitar picks as well as this bow. This is a piece of music history and a serious one-of-a-kind collectible. This is the only Violin Bow which has ever surfaced on the market. Comes with a Letter of Provenance from Mike (Mouse) Lasett-O'Brien and a Gotta Have Rock & Roll Certificate of Authenticity.
