A young Jim Morrison made this 12 x 9 original pencil drawing circa 1957 when he attended Alameda High School in California. Considered one of the rarest of Morrison’s drawings, this drawing was among 26 works owned by Morrison’s high school friend Fud Ford, a collection that was originally auctioned by Christies in 1994. This drawing is also described in the definitive Morrison biography, “No One Here Gets Out Alive.” Excellent condition with a crease down the center. Comes with a Gotta Have Rock & Roll™ Certificate of Authenticity.
